It has always annoyed me that my name in the home folder is in lower case. I usually change it under User Profiles And Accounts -> Advanced Settings -> /user/xxxx.
I just did a clean install of MacOS Ventura 13.1, and go in and correct the initial letter in my name to upper case, and press OK. Here you usually get a prompt that wants the computer to be restarted. I also get it here, BUT - the window is "greyed out" - just like the window is in the background, so I can't confirm restart, and thus can't change the name.
Is it a bug or am I doing it wrong?
The computer is completely freshly installed and has not signed in with my Apple ID yet.
