iPad Cannot click on links/notifications after JB? (5.1.1 New iPad)

I am really scratching my head with this one. I am seeing that whenever I click on a notification (WWF, Draw Something, Mail) it doesn't launch the application. When I click on a link (such as the developer's link in the App Store) it doesn't automatically launch Safari, however when I open Safari there is a new tab with a link.

Any thoughts?

Removed Quasar. Fixed.
