Cannot connect to Apple sites

I have two pc's running safari in two seperate locations using seperate routers and synced with iphone using mobileme. For the past three days, I,ve been getting message " unable to connect to server" when trying to access and Apple sites. Managed to improve things on one machine by removing bonjour and apple updates, or at least I think that worked. Browsing on Apple sites continues to be slow. On a second pc, this did not solve the problem at all. Despite several restores etc, still can only access Apple site very occasionally. Have searched everywhere and talked to Apple and Microsoft. Help please
