cannot connect to itunes store on iphone 3gs now?

Is it down for anyone else? I'm trying to update 3 apps right now keeps coming up

I just downloaded an app via my phone and it is fine.

I just updated an app from my iPhone and accessed the store, no probs.

There may be some issues going on though. MobileMe OTA sync is currently down.

I kept getting a request for PW, and tied a download. but, it appears the DL finished, but there is an icon on the final page that says WAITING, and it continues to request the pw.

Dead for me on my EDGE phone too.

US location. Even when I try to download the updates in iTunes, it shows 3 updates in the sidebar, but cannot download them as I get a (-4) error in the iTMS when I click to get the updates.

I havent noticed a pattern, but more often than not I'm unable to DL apps from my phone either. I get the "Unable to connect to iTunes store" error too. Didnt work around 2am last night, and just now during my lunch break I tried to DL again. Same error. I've tried on both Wifi & 3G. Is this an issue for everyone, or just a few?

Could it be an issue with me using my AOL account with iTunes? I think Ive heard people had problems with AOL accounts with 3.0
