cannot connect to mac apple store

Hi, from admistrator account I can't connect to mac apple store, from my brother account I can connect to apple store, what I can do to fix that?

Most likely it's been blocked in the Parental Controls section. Ask your parents to turn it back on. BTW, it's very easy to accidentally block, I did it to my son by mistake.

all is good now, I fix, the problem created because I change Router settings to have high speed for XBOX, stated another ip of what it should be
