"Cannot Connect" when opening the App Store

Strange thing on iOS 16.1, iPhone 14 Pro Max. When I start the app store application I get this screen. Taping "retry" does nothing. If I swipe it down it goes away and the App Store is there connected just fine. I am wondering if anyone else has seen this. It just started happening a few days ago on the last beta, days after it was installed. It persists now with the RC of 16.1. WiFi or cellular connection makes no difference.

Same here. Thought it was just me. Using 16.1 Beta 6.

Yes I get this as well and also when I open TV app, I’m on the IOS 16.1 golden master which is a bit of a concern

It finally just stopped doing it. Nothing I did as far as I know.
