I'm having a bit of a problem downloading widgets. I recently reinstalled Tiger on my mom's iMac, with two user accounts (previously there had been one). I copied the same exact files to each new user account so each user on the computer could do what they wanted with the files. That's a little background info: basically, the user accounts were the same except for the name.

Now, in my mom's account, we're getting an error when we try to download widgets (from apple.com, from widgetmachine.com, etc.). It loads 8.2kb of the download, and then stop, saying that the file cannot be created. It only happens in her account (the other account works perfectly), and I can't seem to figure it out. I've repaired permissions, I've manually deleted Safari related preferences and caches, I've tried downloading the .zip in IE and it wouldn't even download, and I've manually checked the permissions for the user folder and Desktop.

Any help or pointers would definitely be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I found out the problem. My mom's Safari was trying to download things to the Desktop of the other account, not her's, hence the problem.
