Cannot Delete "CallMe" thumbnails Any Ideas?

Hey guys.
So I was having problems with the CallMe App.
So I deleted it thinking it would delete all the thumbnails it came with..
it didn't.

now i can't delete the thumbnails of the speed dialers I had.
I have CYDelete but it says it can't delete it because it's not a Cydia App?

any idea's? I really don't want to restore my phone...
