Cannot delete file from iPad - no delete option

I often upload iCloud Notes as a PDF and save to MS OneDrive (or iCloud files). I did that the other day to OneDrive, but the file was unreadable. I was able to get a good copy, but the corrupted file is now ‘orphaned’. It doesn’t show up on OneDrive on the iPad. I logged onto OneDrive on the web and it isn’t there. It shows in iCloud files when i search and says it’s on OneDrive. But I can’t delete it, it doesn’t have a ‘delete’ option. Any ideas on how I can get rid of it? If not, I guess I’m stuck with it forever 😁 thanks! Donna
