Cannot delete iCloud photos

edit: Thank you for the tip. On Mac "iCloud preferences" is option to remove the photos. The info says after waiting 30 days, the photos gets removed. GREAT !!!!!

Hy,

I have 1GB of of iCloud photos. I cannot delete them

- they didn't shown on my iDevices
- they didn't shown on photos on Mac

- they shown when I look into the file structure of photos on Mac
- they shown on wasted iCloud storage on iDevices info iCloud info pane, Mac OS info pane and web iCloud info pane

Is there a way to contact Apple to remove these photos?
