iPhone Cannot delete music off iPhone after jailbreak

I recently jailbroke my iPhone 3GS and just noticed that I cannot remove musics from my iPhone via iTunes. I can add music to the phone but cannot remove. Another odd thing is that I cannot sort the music by albums on my iPhone using iTunes.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

iTunes does not allow me to uncheck the songs. Any other suggestions?

Are you using the original computer the iPhone was synced to?

Yes, I am using the original computer (macbook pro) that iPhone was sync' to.

Should the sync music folder be checked in iTunes? Currently it is (selected playlists..).

It should be yes. My iPhone is jailbroken and I'm also using a Macbook Pro and I can sync/unsync music just fine.

Swipe

the newer versions have a swipe to delete, like how it works with your recent calls or text conversations. just open your Music (iPod) app and select artist or album or song and delete away.
