Still waiting for my iPhone X under the Apple Upgrade Program. My friend ordered their iPhone x from Verizon and received it in five days. I have been waiting for 15 days. It was stuck in South Korea customs for six days. What happened to Apple? It used to be known as a company that understood logistics. Apple, you apparently do not care about your customers any longer. Please engage a shipping company that understands how to ship products like FedEx. My was shipped with UPS which doesn't worry when the products get parked for days on end. Apple wouldn't help when inquires were made. UPS would not help, with both Apple and UPS blaming it on the shipper. I guess Apple prefer to blame others rather than address the problems it has with logistics.
