Cannot download Activity App from Apple

Can you download the Activity App from Apple. it shows the Cloud icon on the hone
screen. When I try to download it from the App Store the download stops immediately.

Does anybody have the same issue?

If I recall correctly this was a bug in the first dev beta of iOS 12 as well (I know it had happened to me). I think it was fixed in beta 2.

You may try to re-pair your watch and see if that helps.
