So, this started a day ago, could not update apps. Iphone 3gs, 3.1.3.
I can download on apps on my mac, and ipad using the same account, but the iphone is a no go now over a day.
Seems there is an overall issue covered here:

Anyone else seeing this? It would be a shame if this is apples way to get 3.1.3 up to 4.1
