iPhone Cannot download music while on mobile network

When I try to purchase music while connected to a mobile network, I cannot download the music. From what I see, I have enabled the iTunes store to use mobile data.

As soon as I connect to my wifi, the music downloads.

Is this maybe a carrier limitation, or have I missed a setting somewhere?

Have you turned on mobile data under 'Settings > Music > Mobile data'?
