Cannot download OSX Mavericks

Hello everyone,

I am on my MacBook Pro from 2011 (see attachment for specs) and cannot download the new OSX.

I went on the app store (from which i can download all the apps) but when i try to download the OSX, it goes in the apps panel and does not download! Even after 2 hours with a good connection, the downloading bar does not progress.

Does anyone have a solution? I tried deleting it and restarting it but nothing to do, the download does not go...
