Cannot download SafeMode and BIOS

Hi!
MacBook 2 with Windows Vista. When I download computer and need to select SafeMode I push F8 and nothing done - Windows downloads, fn+F8 doesnt work. Only occasional combination after 100th starting can be succesful.
Shift - button doesnt work too.
Also I cannot download BIOS settings at downloading using F2,DEL etc.
Viruses exluded
Help me,please to download my sistem in specific way
 
I presume English is not your first or second language, as you post is very hard to understand for me (English is my second language).

Do I understand you correctly, that you have a MacBook (which one exactly) with Windows Vista installed, but you can't boot Windows into Safe Mode?
Why do you want to boot into Safe Mode?
And what does "download" mean? Booting up?

Btw, Macs don't have a BIOS, even with Windows installed.

Yes! I have Mac Book and cannot boot it in SafeMode. Safe Mode is possable at this notebook, but requires occasional combination of keys.
"Download" is supposed to boot. "Shift" doesn`t work
How to boot notebook in safemode?

No, I don`t have warranty already.
As to the external keyboard, no. Access is unpossible. It`s necessary to install a special driver, to make it work via usb

An external keyboard via USB does not need drivers, if that is what you meant.
Do you have any other Macs?
And what MacBook do you have exactly? When did you buy it may narrow it down.
 
Well.
I have a problem with booting my notebook in safemode.
I wrote about occassional combination of keys to boot safemode.
I need to figure out, is it possible to boot Mac Book with Windows Vista in SafeMode and how to do this.
So I know, that Mac Books do not have a BIOS settings (and I can not to boot from CD).
Help me please to use a method of booting in safe mode. (what combination of keys or, probably, using other posibilies)
