Cannot Find D(Secondary Partition) On BOOTCamp When Updating MacBook to Lion OS X

Few Weeks Before I Updated My MacBook to OS X Lion. After Updating Successfully i started windows 7 (BOOTCAMP) having two Partitions(C,D) and when i looked into my Computer there was only 1 Partition Left i:e; BOOTCAMP(C). i can not find Partition(D) and I do not know how to recover that partition.
When I Open Disk Management in Computer Management, Partition(D) was not there and BOOTCAMP(C) not allowing me to shrink volume so that i can create another partition.
I have Attached Pictures.
