I purchased a Samsung Curved Monitor two years ago. The display is connected to my MacBook Pro.

The display has been fixed twice during the two years, and the weird thing is that, since the first time the Samsung technician fixed my display, I can't find the serial number for my display.

The first time the Samsung technician fixed my display, it showed S/N, but does not have any numbers or letters. The second time the Samsung technician fixed my display, it doesn't even have the S/N showed.

The Samsung technician took pictures of the labels of the removed and replaced parts from the display, but I cannot find the serial number from the Display Menu.

Thanks.
