Cannot Find Downloaded and Synced App

Hi. I downloaded an app today via iTunes as it was too large to dowload directly to the phone. I then installed it to my iPhone (version 4) by syncing as per usual. ITunes shows this app as installed, and when I go to the App Store on my iPhone, it says installed.
But I cannot find this app anywhere on the phone. I did a search using various possible spellings and abbreviations, and I uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice.

This is the first time anything like this has happened. Any thoughts or suggestion?
