cannot find old backup to delete it!

i have 2 ios devices (iphone 6 ipad) and icloud storage is full... but i cant find anywhere to delete an old backup that apperas in www.icloud.com
There is no icloud backup from those 2 devices... maybe its from older ios devices ?
Can i delete this backup somehow ?
