Cannot find wireless printer on WDS network

I have an HP Photosmart 4599 wireless printer but my WDS network with an Airport Extreme and Airport Express wouldn't recognize it. I tried using both HP setup utility and printer setup but my printer just wouldn't show up. It is okay if I switch to "create wireless networks". Am I missing something?
