Cannot get converted movie/dvd into itunes?

I converted IA: The Meltdown using 123 DVD Converter and tried to drag from my converted folder into iTunes, but I get the "ghostbuster icon (circle w/ slash). It will not let me do this. I have put other converted videos in there. First time using this program. Settings were correct.

OSX / iTunes will not do this directly. Download Handbrake (free).
