Hey guys, I'm experiencing some issues getting all of my music onto my new iPhone X. When I restored the new phone from iCloud during setup, all of the music in my iTunes library got copied over, but it wasn't the original high quality ALAC versions I'd prefer to have. In an attempt to correct that, I turned off iCloud music library and synced the phone manually in iTunes. I've got around 3000 songs, 1000 of which are Apple Music songs that it refused to copy over. After it finished syncing my high quality music, I went into the phone settings and turned iCloud music library back on so it would re-download my Apple Music content from the cloud. That's where things went wrong. From that point on, the Music and Settings apps would immediately crash any time I tried to open them. I figured a reboot would fix that but after the phone restarted, there was no trace of any of the 2000 songs I had just copied over. It just deleted everything for some reason.

Does anyone know a way I can get both the 2000 lossless ALAC songs from my iTunes library AND the 1000 Apple Music songs on my phones internal storage? I bought the 256GB version specifically because I have a large music library and have no interest in streaming my own music from the cloud. I had no troubles with my iPhone 7+ but I honestly don't remember how I got it all on there.
