hey guys

i have been having such a hard tie with my iphone,
i had my iphone sent away and then i got a new one as a result so i had to restore my backup onto the phone. ever since then i am unable to get the photos off my phone. I have been using windows and always thought it was that but i recently purchased a mac and it doesn't see it as a camera device either. i try using iphoto and also image capture but it doesnt even recognise it as a camera device or anything.

Any ideas as to what i can do to just get the photos off?

You can email them to yourself. Though I think it may downscale them when you do that.

Edit. I just tried it. If I emailed the photo via the Photos app, it did scale it down. But I also tried copying and pasting a photo from the camera roll into a mail sent from the mail app, and that sent it in the original resolution.

To prevent the problem recurring you may need to restore the phone.
