I have had the same status since I ordered online at 8 am on the 15th.
I have called ATT and they cannot find my order. I have talked to Premier Care and they cannot find my order. And I cannot get Premier on the Phone to talk to them.
Should I just go to a store? Or is that useless at this point.
I have a confirm email from 8 AM as well. (EST)
