Cannot get rid of SyncServer on startup!

Ever since upgrading to 10.7.2, I have SyncServer icon showing up in my Menu Bar. See below:

I hate when I see things I don't know about load on startup. I can't seem to figure out what's causing this to auto-launch, or how to get rid of it. Is it related to iCloud in 10.7.2?

Anyone else seeing this, and any ideas how to get rid of it?
