iPhone Cannot get spoken directions to work in Apple Maps?

I have never had an issue with iOS 8 and my 6 Plus with Apple Maps and spoken directions however I'm on iOS 9 Beta 5 and whatever I try, Apple Maps will not speak the directions?

Any ideas?
