For several months I have been going onto a site called Nikos Paint Chat to draw with fellow artists:

http://pchat.mine.nu/

But since moving a month ago and connecting to a new Ethernet Network, I am unable to go on. I am able to log on and everything, but once I enter a room to draw, it tells me the following:

Lost connection: Text (please restart)

I have done what it says several times, but still the same result. One weekend I went to my parents place and had a go using their internet, and the site worked fine.
I have talked to the Network Providers, but they don't know what the problem is. I am currently living in an apartment, and the receptionist is the Network Provider. I go to PolyTech, and I tried to use their computers to get on to see if it'd work, but still, the same result. I have feeling that it may be the whole Network around where I am, but I still want to be able to go back onto this site.

What should I do? How do I fix this problem?
