Cannot grab slo mo 'handles'. Bug?

I've come across quite a frustrating problem. I appear to have dragged the slo mo bar within a video so small and close together that I can no longer 'grab' the end handle to make the slo mo portion longer. At the moment the slo mo bit is about 1/10 of a second... Has anyone else had this problem?

Is there a way to re-enable slo mo or somewhere you can enter a duration of slo mo required?

It should be possible to grab one of them by using just one finger. Try swiping in each direction without lifting the finger, then you might be able to separate them. Also, if you tap and hold your finger without moving, it will zoom in on the navigation so you see a smaller portion.
