Hi all,

When I was running tiger, I could install and use "The Sims 2: Happy Holiday Stuff" perfectly fine.

On Leopard, I cannot install it.

It just gets onto the "Select an item to update" screen and displays a "An Internal Error has occurred. You will not be able to use this software" message.

When I press the other button to select the Sims 2 app, the app is not selectable. However it was on Tiger.

Can someone please help me?

Thanks.

Hi - I see you had the same problem I'm having with installing Sims 2 Holiday Stuff. I also tried dragging the installer out to the Mac OS desktop, but I'm not having any luck. What exactly worked for you?

Hi,

I just dragged the installer to the desktop. When selecting the application to upgrade, everything was grayed out except "The Sims 2" application.

Sorry I cannot provide anymore help.

EDIT: My 400th Post!
