I insert the Windows 7 DVD and launch Boot Camp Assistant and choose install windows 7 then continue
I get this message

I don't know where's the problem! I'm 100% sure the DVD is windows 7

any help will be appreciated :)

Hardware: MBP mid 2010, Ram 4G, macOS Sierra

When you open the W7 DVD in Finder, does it look... err, how it should? As in not just an ISO file burned directly to the DVD?

(Sorry to ask, but you'll be surprised how often it happens...)

Also can you hold Alt on startup, does it find the W7 DVD? Can you boot into it that way?
