Resolved Cannot install xcode

Simply put when i try to install Xcode I receive this error

the installer could not install the software because there was no software found to install

What can I do

Delete "Install Xcode" and try again maybe?
Worked fine for me on first try - Xcode 4.1 on Mac OS X 10.7.

Thisi s what I'm trying i am redownloading Xcode from a 3rd party site because mac store keeps saying Installed

Fixed downloading a new copy of Xcode did the trick
