"cannot locate package"

So I am able to see cydia now after restarting my device but any apps I pick (even the ones on the cydia front page) says "cannot locate package".

I didn't edit my sources. I can see:
  1. apt.saurik.com
  2. Bigboss repo
  3. modmyi.com
  4. repo666.ultrasn0w.com
  5. ZodTTD & MacCiti
I've restarted my device hoping it'll do the trick but no help there.

I searched the net but nothing useful came up. please help. thanks! :)
