After upgrading to beta 4 I could not login again. After my password the system return to the login page again and again.

Caps lock? Maybe you put the password in wrong in the first place?
And we're on Developer Preview 6 / Public Beta 5. Why are you just upgrading to Beta 4 now?
Me, I'd reformat the partition, boot from a USB installer and put the latest beta on.

Hmmm do you use iCloud? If so, you'll need to reset your computer password. Press Cmd + R, in the menu bar click Utilities, click Terminal and type resetpassword (all one word) and follow the steps. Keep it the same as the old computer password or else you'll have keychain issues that will drive you insane.
