I am running Mac OS X 10.6.4 MacBook Pro 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. (Note: the following issue is not due to recent upgrade from 10.6.3 to 10.6.4 as the issue was there before the upgrade).
I have three accounts on my mac; 1) Administrator 2)Me 3)M'lady.

Since this morning I am unable to log in to any account except mine. Neither through the quick log-in or the initial log-in screen. I enter the password, it accepts, then "freezes". Freezes are in quotes because I am still able to move the mouse around. The only way for me to get back into the computer is to do a hard reset. I have checked Hard drive status with disk utility and returns ok. I have verified and repaired permissions. I am not able to find any information about this online. Am at a loss. . . . ideas anyone?? Please??
