Why can't I move various mp4 movie files to trash from my external hard drive? I have tried clicking on the lock/unlock icon in info but file still cannot be transported to trash.
Also, there are mpeg4 files that will not be copied over from the external drive to the imac nor can I move them to trash.
Seems these files are corrupt, so how can I get rid of them?
