Cannot Open Safari

Trouble with Google & had to delete it, Now I cannot open Safari. I verified & repaired the HDD, ran ONYX. Removed third party add-ons through "Library", no luck. All other functions are OK.
Before I do a "Restore" is there something I missed ?
