Cannot play songs in Music on MBA

My songs on MBA M2 16GB RAM and OSX 15.1.1 only play for like 10-20 seconds than stop despite downloading them
I had e=several iPhones over past year and removed al from my music account then authorised my MBA but no difference - anyone help please ?
