Cannot print in Color

First Colorsync Tool shows old not anymore existent printers in List, how to get rid of them,
second the OKI 823 Printer I'm using allows just to select the GRAY scale schema,
so I cannot print colors, removed and re-installed the printer, but no change in behavior ?
