cannot put my videos back on issue

Well I got my iphone 5 yesterday. all the videos that I had on my 4s I wanted to transfer but in itunes when I try to transfer them I get the "cannot transfer video because it cannot be played on this iphone", I dont get it, these are the same ones that were on my 4s and i put them on the same way. thanks
