Hello all.
I updated my iPhone 3GS running 4.1 to 4.3.1 using a custom restore package via Pwnage Tool. I am not new to jailbreaking/unlocking but this one has me stumped

The phone is updated, jailbroken and unlocked (05.12.01) on Tmobile. Voice is working fine. I do not have a data plan on my account.
MMS worked fine when I was 4.1. Now, I am able to send MMS messages but cannot receive them (tested with an iPhone on AT&T). I tried everything, including several MMS fix packages from Cydia and different settings from around the web. I even restored again and not from backup to see if the problem resolved itself, it did not. Enable 3G is OFF. Cellular Data is ON. Data Roaming is OFF. Below are my Cellular Data settings. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
