Cannot Reinstall Mac OS X Lion Disk Unmountable

I'm trying to reinstall Lion on my mac and it says the the disk cannot be unmounted because it is busy.
Try throught the log but it says its locked keep saying its locked.
Cannot do anything at all not even access my files.
Im stuck in the disk utilities.
Please help!!
