Cannot remote desktop to VMWare Fusion Windows 7

I am running VMWare Fusion on my iMac (Windows 7). From the iMac, I can MS remote desktop into Windows 7 using the IP address of Windows 7. VMWare Fusion is running in bridged mode.

When I try to MS Remote Desktop into Windows 7 from another Mac using the IP address it is not found. I can ping the Windows 7 virtual machine from a different Mac, just can't MS remote desktop into it.

Tried turning off the firewalls and that didn't help.

Any ideas?

I prefer using TeamViewer, which works easily with Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Ubuntu, iPhone, iPad, etc.
