cannot repair my permissions..

Hi, i need help with my macbook. I just updated the Leopard 10.5.7 and something is up with my machine.It has randomly been hanging and freeze my mac by telling me i have to restart the computer. Its happened about 5 times now!

I tried repairing permissions but everytime it does i have something that cannot be repaired for some reason. Could someone tell me what is happening and why my permissions arn't being repaired... cheers!

Here's my repair permissions info:

Those messages are harmless, and can be safely ignored.

Yes, Apple seems to forget to update Disk Utility with the new SUID file list when it releases major updates like 10.5.7... other people have this problem too.
 
i tried repairing permissions through the disk like what bluerevolution said.. still have all these permissions not repaired.

Does anyone know what is causing my macbook to go grey with the screen freezing and telling me to restart the mac?

I have tried verifying hard disk and there were no problems. I also tried the hardware test with no problems. so apart from the permissions i don't know what is causing my macbook to do this :S

All the permission entries that look like this:

... are failing to repair because the permission changing tool on Mac OS X follows symbolic links by default, and is fixing the permissions on the file pointed to by the link, instead of the link itself.
