Cannot restore in app purchases

Hey, I have a 64 gb iphone 5S. Ios 7.0.2. Obviously stock.

When i attempt to restore iap purchases I get a message:

This is not a Test account in the Sandbox environment.
{Environment Sandbox}

OK

Anyone have any idea what that means or why I'm getting it? Happening to any app i try to update with my iaps..........
