Cannot restore iphone 4S to 5.1.1

I have a current iphone 4S GSM At&t, 5.0.1 that is jailbroken. I am not able to restore to the latest firmware 5.1.1. Keep getting error messages. I have tried via regular restore process through itunes as well as DFU mode. I made sure the host files on my PC (Win XP) do not direct to Cydia. Any other thoughts?

Could be multiple things.
I'd first start with the hosts file.
