Cannot restore my phone, error 1015 (iPhone 3g)

I tried to go from 2.2.1 to 3. It failed. Then I tried to restore, 2.2.1 and 3.0 in dfu mode, both giving me error 1015. I tried different computers.

That means your baseband got updated, so 2.2.1 is no longer an option, you have to get 3.0 installed. Read this for tips: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1275

CN: upgrade itunes, then try a restore. failing that, reboot computer, try again. failing that, try a different computer.

I did everything I could. I tried different computers too, and still no go.
