Cannot run Apple Hardware Test

I loaded 10.7.3 my Black Macbook, but I cannot use Lion's AHT. I had it connected through wireless and ethernet. Tried booting with just D held down, and Opt & D pressed. I thought once you loaded Lion you could access AHT through the internet. Previous owner did not have the grey OS disk when I purchased this Macbook.

I have searched online for AHT 3A141, but cannot find a usable source. Does anyone have this specific AHT and would be willing to share? Or at least provide a online source.

Which MacBook is it ? 2GHz Core 2, 2.16GHz Core 2 or 2.2GHz Core 2 - they were all produced in 2007 ?

The hardware test part number is not for a MacBook - maybe an iMac - where did you get the number from ?

2.2GHz Core 2 Duo, I was using MacTracker and it listed 3A141 as well as 3A132 and 3A137.
