I have recently upgraded to Snow Leopard. I lost all my bookmarks on Firefox and now I cannot save any.

What version of firefox are you running and what is displayed, if anything, when you try to bookmark something?
My guess is it's a FF issue, not a Snow Leopard one. I use Safari now for the speed but was using FF when Snow Leopard was released and had no issues with bookmarks at all.
